This spring, The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County brought Artspace Consulting to Muncie to explore our community’s creative sector and creative space.

The streets of downtown Muncie were crowded with friends and neighbors on Thursday, June 6 – a special First Thursday celebration. Muncie’s Downtown businesses and creatives extend a special welcome during the annual Brink of Summer ArtsWalk.

The Community Foundation and arts advocates from the community visited the Kindness Matters Mural in Madison, Ind. during a series of site visits around southern Indiana.

Nestled in the heart of East Central Indiana, our downtown area has blossomed into a bustling hub of activity, offering affordability, and an open door for creative neighbors regardless of their craft.
